First

First cinema trip of the year/decade, and it was a brilliant one. After a very productive and positive day at work, Rich and I popped off to see Little Women and it was absolutely wonderful. The book was one of my favourites as a kid, and the 90s movie holds a special place in my heart too, so I was hoping for a lot. Thankfully, it delivered. There were some changes but they were definitely in service to the story and the way Gerwig wanted to tell it, and my love for Jo March will never die. Splendid.
