Sloth was shaken off, and the lads wanted to kick about at BHS, so a bright and breezy couple of hours (dislocated knee dealt with too - another bunch of lads sharing the pitch.  To be fair they kinda knew what to do anyway)
Domino's in Stockbridge then home. Some more messing about with paint etc and a roast dinner.
