Schnikkebollen

This lovely little coffee shop around the corner from our airbnb had the best cinnamon buns. I couldn’t remember their name in Danish so affectionately referred to them as schnikkebollen. I enjoyed the fact that they don’t allow any electronic devices in the coffee shop as indicated on the door. Reminds me of Lukes diner in Gilmore Girls.
Today was a travel day back to Edinburgh.
