Beyond the Underhole

OK, following from yesterday there are now bits of basement ceiling missing revealing this view which in itself is pretty useless.  However, it does allow for peering down with lights and poking around with a 5m digital endoscope (the latter being pretty useless 3m away on the end of a flexible stick).

Leak spotted.

The remarkable bit of good news is that the water was dripping down the pipe from above the floor.  Remarkable because I'd checked the topside days ago, but the water was just managing to sneak down the tiny gap between pipe and floor without leaving evidence on the floor itself.

Applying Hulk-sized wrenches to the radiator valve nuts and ...

...fingers are crossed, and pressure gauges watched.
