Katamatite

We left at a respectable hour this morning. As we drove towards the Murray, and our camping spot for the next three nights, the sky became an eerie orange colour. We questioned our sense, driving towards the smoke, but reasoned that it was only smoke, not fire - we did our homework!

I took this shot at Katamatite, when we stopped for our last comfort stop with actual toilets. So strange.

At the river, it was a bit smoky, but no worse than our home town, judging by the photos broinlaw sent us.

We set up our camp, we’re experts now, and Mr B took Little Miss our in the boat for a spot of fishing. I mooched around with Abe. He’s not worried about getting his feet wet! Yay!
