Snow fun....

The forecast was right, snow on higher ground. It was chucking it down at 7am, big fat wet flakes. By 10 am it was turning to rain just to add to the mess.
Had to run Junior into town at lunch time and it was a totally different world weather wise. On the way home when I turned off the main road it was 4C and at home it was 2C and sleet. The joys.
Brian from Border Livestock in to look a couple of cull cows to see where the best place to send them would be. Think they are heading for Whitley Bay next week. He was also sporting a cracker of a black eye, the result of a jumpy blackie Hogg when he was drawing sheep somewhere yesterday .
The outside cows didn’t take any persuasion to come for their feeding this morning any way.
