Schneemänner or Snowmen

These are actually really small. About 20cm or so. They were standing on a wall as I was walking home and caught my eye because they were just on my eye-level.

I've picked a Word Of The Year for me. It is mutig. It means brave or courageous. It also works because my team at work is MuT. And it is pronounced like Moot. I realised that I have to be a bit less reticent at work and just barge in with questions when I have them. So far, it's paying off.
