Day Of Action

I got annoyed last night. That doesn't happen very often. I realised I have to make more things happen. So I asked my old teacher how likely it was that the B2 course I'd applied for would actually run. She said there was no certainty.

On Monday at another school, another course started and I was annoyed that I hadn't gone there (although it costs a lot more). However, I went along to their office and had a bit of a chat (Sprachberatung as they called it), after a couple of minutes talking to me, the chap said "Right then, let's check if there's a place on the B2/C1 course".

There was.

And it's now mine. I start on Monday. I'm really looking forward to it. This is more advanced than the one I was going to go on, but I think my Deutsch and me are up to it.

Add to that the fact that I was on top of things at work today, it felt like a really good day. And why not a bottle of something sparkly from Kloster Eberbach? The snow in the wine cooler is from the terrace, I knew there was a good use for it.
