In Which I Am Horizontal

Woke up this morning with a really bad back - no idea what I did to it, but getting up or down was so, so painful. Spent the day dosing up on painkillers, using an immeasurable amount of Deep Heat and apologising profusely for the inconvenience I must've been to Lyds, who kept me supplied with coffee and food and jokes to distract me from my achey back. Good Egg, that one.
