Sunshine in Glasgow

Sunshine!!!!
I was up before 10 am - Neil not much after.
Sunshine makes all the difference.
We went out much earlier than usual and went down towards Finnieston.
We stopped a converted toilets that used to be Chaiwalla - now new owners. (cannot remember the name and could not find it on the map).
We went in for a rather small and thus expensive scrambled eggs with hot smoked salmon, then carried on to Kelvingrove Art Gallery. Today was the last day of the Linda McCartney exhibition, that I wanted to see. However, the queue was sooo long, that we only visited the shop and then left again.
The weather was changing and it started to rain.
We walked to the new Lidl at the students residents south of Dumbarton street, then made our way up again to find a café that was still open.
We ended up at Artisan Roast at Gibson Street, where we have not been since ages! Coffee was good and when we left the rain had ceased and we got home dry.

Now we are cooking dinner. Neil is off tomorrow.

Blipping a not quite successful attempt of a mirror selfie in the new cafe.
Oh - and the place was not called West End ;)
