On our way home

We left Ushuaia at 10 am flying first to Buenos Aires and then connecting to Santiago.  This is the view of Ushuaia as we were leaving.    In Buenos Aires we landed in the domestic city airport and then had to transfer by road to the International Airport to the South of the city.  It took us 45 minutes doing the opposite journey on the beginning of our trip.  The traffic was horrendous today and it took us over 2 hours.  We all sat in the van silently thinking that we would miss our flight but all was well in the end.

We arrived at Santiago after flying over the Andes again and cleared immigration about 9 pm and then checked into our hotel at the airport and fell into bed.  Even though you don't do anything phyical, travelling like this is exhausting.
