Ready to Pounce

No rhyming involved, but I am likely to have much less time to play with Charlie soon...

In short, the house I wanted to buy came on the market again on Friday...and today the owner agreed our offer which was the original asking price!  Here I go again....Now to find a solicitor - any local blippers recommend one?

As I said - much less time soon...hence Charlie is lying on the newspaper on the floor, I've been packing ornaments off the windowsills today.  Thought it best to start on the 'loose' objects in the rooms first?  Any other recommendations?
