I was in town today and spotted this young lady in the window of Anthropologie on George Street. It's a lovely shop and I often find something unusual in the sale, but not this year so far!
I don't think I've ever seen anybody painting a window display before. I watched her for ages. At this point she's using a potato to print circles onto the canvas. What a wonderful job to have and what an amazing job to exist in this day and age. I wonder of all the stores have an artist in residence or if she travels around the country creating original art for each store.
I popped into Dishoom today and had a mini lunch, whetting my appetite for a change in diet when I go to India, clearly.
