High Spring Tides

Gales continue to blow, easing slighty through the day.  A dry morning, with showers arriving in the afternoon, and some heavy showers tonight.  Starting to notice slightly longer days again.

A fairly quiet day working on the museum desk.  There was a few odd jobs to get done.  A lazy evening at home, and out walkies with Sammy.  Off to work in the pub later.  The cold is easing, but still a sore throat.

Another day of high spring tides, and causing more problems in places.  The sea here has risen dramatically up the burn, bursting the banks.  The burn should run gently down the middle, with the sea only starting after the far fence on the right.  Looking down the Laxdale burn and Aithsvoe, with Longwell on the left, and Greenmow in distance, Cunningsburgh.
