Cold

It was a cold morning,. The birds water had frozen and there was frost on the lawn where the sun hadn't reached.  

The day developed quite pleasantly, if cold, and I met Ann out of Blue Cross.  After lunch I had a much needed haircut. Stafford has a lot of barbers, unfortunately most of them are specialist, presumably aimed at the youth market.  It becomes more difficult to find a barber where you can sit down and say "haircut please with some off the top". Do they still understand "short back and sides"?  I'm sure scissor hair cutting is a dying art.
