Bollywood v Bossa Nova

We couldn't quite believe it when we woke up this morning in Barcelona to find it was already afternoon. Making up for a night's lost sleep I suppose, with the overnight flight from Rio, from Friday evening into Saturday afternoon. That, and the quietness of our little passageway (which we like) and the dark mornings here, must have lulled us into a deep sleep. Rio mornings are light at 5.30am those days and there's always a bit of city life noise in the background (which we also like).

When we did get up, it was blowing a hooley, meaning Bb going up to our roof terrace to tighten up the 'bamboo screening' (very loose translation) and picking up the plants that had been knocked over. We'll have some repair work to do up there when the winds drop a little.

We're just finishing dinner in Rasoi, our local Indian. It's as good as ever, but perhaps too soon. The Bollywood beat isn't winning over Bossa nova yet, which is still in our heads and in our hearts.
Extra: before Bb gets his hair cut tomorrow! Our usual waiter in the restaurant tonight said he was a bit more 'rock and roll'!
