Rhymes with quick - homesick

The cat was hanging around a box of recycling paper waiting to go to the bin.  She kept nudging the box and shooting across to the other side. I moved the box and a little skink went running to try and hide but I scooped it up into my hand.  The camera was sitting on the table so I snapped a couple of shots before I took it outside to let it go.  I tried getting a shot of it before it disappeared back into the leaf matter but it was in such a hurry I only got blurred images hence I think it was a little homesick.
