The wreck of the Titanic is in the news as there's a row about plans to salvage artefacts, though relatives of those who died have given the project their blessing.

We made our day count by having a lovely dogwalk. This French bulldog stood shaking at the sight of Ollie and Frankie dogs and was scooped up by its smiley walker.

I was interested to read that that there was a French bulldog on the Titanic. It was seen swimming for its life as the ship went down. :( One woman refused to leave the ship without her dog. When the SS Bremen passed through the wreckage and debris a few days later someone saw what looked like the body of a woman holding a large shaggy dog in her arms. :(
