Changing rooms

They are rebuilding the changing rooms at the swimming pool.  There are smart new showers, new floor tiles and new wall tiles. 

I wonder whether they will get around to repairing the cracked paintwork and removing the old cobwebs above the new wall tiles before they finish the job.  Or perhaps their ladder isn't tall enough.
