It's 'that' time of year.

Some years I miss the vital few weeks when the right oranges are available (I have to confess to a sigh of relief!) but this year we remembered. We had the 'heads up' from friends in the village that a certain 'well known supermarket' had the Sevilles in stock. We went along.

Fortunate (!) enough to have two of these stores locally, no. 2 came up with the goods. So part of the evening spent in preparation of marmalade. I'm sure that in the fullness of time, I will be glad to be doing this!
