Don't worry ...........

.......... I'm not going to post a photo of my cross stitching every few days till it is finished.  But as the main high point of today was realising that sewing is much easier already, and no longer really hurts my wrist, I thought I would post once more.

I also managed to play for longer on the flute.  And I drove home from the supermarket and felt that I was in control, and happy to be driving.

There's still a way to go, but I'm pleased with progress.  So I'll try not to mention my wrist much more in the forthcoming blips!
