The Mauritshuis Effect, Den Haag 2020

If you compare with yesterday's photo when we had just arrived, you will be able to see that we are already considerably more cultured than wot we was yesterday. This is called 'educashun'  and is the result of  "looking at ART", specifically, The Mauritshuis effect (Vermeer, Rubens, Rembrandt et al).  We had to leave at 13.00 because our heads were totally full with new understanding and cleverness, as you can see from our contemplative pose.

The rest of our first full day in Den Haag 2020 was spent engaged in walking, eating, seeing - usual stuff. 11,272 steps worth of fun.
