Winter Madness Take 2!

Well, I know I blipped this “interesting” sculpture earlier this month, but he’s put away his Christmas outfit and is now suitably dressed for a cold January day. Completely bonkers, but it brightened up a dark dreary day, on my way to collect a book from the library.
