Anther week of vegetable loaded evening meals

Last 7 day’s evening meals: all with at least 750g of low white carbohydrate vegetables and all followed by a sweet of: summer berries; stewed prunes&apricots topped with oatbran and full fat Greek yogurt. All of the main courses had 250g of boiled beetroot drizzled with balsamic vinegar and for 4 cheese was the main high protein component with one featuring vegan caramelised onion sausages and one fish. Only one broke the bank in terms of calories; the one with a 200g mini white pudding (who could believe that this small white pudding would contribute 1438 calories to the meal!). Wonder how many calories is in a white pudding supper from the fish and chip shop?
