Even the Herons like to rest under the old apple tree....

An easy day and a beautiful day. It started out with a safety meeting at work where I found out our division took first place in the entire dedicated fleet division in the USA. Zero wrecks, zero violations, 99% on time and... Since my boss got three volunteers for the three loads today, I headed down to the Wildlife Refuge for a walk. 

It's been awhile since I walked 4 miles but I was grateful to still be able to. I saw 2 Bald Eagles, three Herons, a zillion ducks, many different kinds of little birds and... In the extra you see a few birds going about their exercise routine. 

A early bedtime as I have a long run to do tomorrow...
