Aggressive roots search out crevices

. . .   and this is not a good idea as it is a rock retaining wall holding back the neighbor above us.   This is just for the record - as when I finished taking the shot, those roots got axed!   These are from the autograph tree in a large barrel - but placed too close to the rock wall (for stability).   A final decision will have to be made, it's too heavy now to move and way too top-
heavy.
