Gift from the birds

There's a mini garden developing on the roof of the garage at the other house. Birds are often rummaging in the moss there to find food and they do tend to throw some of it from the roof on the bins. That's where I found this yesterday (with a clump of soil attached) when I went to pick up son no 2 for a trip to our home and a meal cooked especially for him and his painful jaw (he's got an impacted wisdom tooth which needs to be extracted by a dental surgeon, op appointment in three weeks)
You do wonder how this Stonecrop (Sedum rubrotinctum) arrived on the roof, but probably by birds also. For Tiny Tuesday with thanks to KangaZu for hosting this month of January !

Thanks very much for the kind comments and stars for yesterday's mono catkins :-)
