Found this recipe for a breakfast idea and it’s so tasty - egg, mashed banana, creme fraiche, blueberries.

Heated in a frying pan.

Snow arrived during the night but started melting as soon as the sun came up.

Met Vicky in Nero for a blether. We actually didn’t realise she was going to be there as had forgotten all about it so was good to see her.
