A different spire..

..in a different country.

After yesterday’s Scott Monument the spire I noticed today was in Cardiff where I was attending the latest Joint Ministerial Committee.

We were in the Welsh Government buildings in Cathays Park and from the window of our delegation room we could see along the gardens to Cardiff City Hall.
