Olive oil and wine

Well apart from seeing where Nelson Mandela walked to freedom, now called they Drakenstein Correctional Centre, and having a wander in Stellenbosch, a university town, where we saw the oldest church in South Africa with very modern 1970s stained glass windows, today seems mainly to have been about wine. But we also tasted olive oil, sipping it to get the full peppery after-taste and also we ate a lemon-infused one with ice cream which was delicious together. The Whale Route we drove along was stunning with a rough rocky coastline. We are now in Hermanus before hitting the Garden Route to Tsitsikamma NP 560 km away.
