This week, so far, has been lovely for catching up on the homefront after being gone a week, and for spending quiet time doing a bit of research and writing.

Went to a presentation tonight at my daughter’s school on college selection/funding. This subject has been occupying us a great deal. I’m often to be found in the kitchen gazing out this window pondering such matters or watching our resident hawk hunting at the edge of the woods.
