Carrot, orange and ginger juice

To serve 2 people you need 3 carrots, thumb sized piece of ginger and 500ml of freshly squeezed orange juice.

Peel and juice the ginger in a blender or juicer, then peel and juice the carrots.

Mix with orange juice. For best results put all ingredients in the fridge the night before. Well, that's what the recipe said but it tasted pretty good anyway.

UPDATE: I tasted some of this which we had kept in the fridge overnight. It was REVOLTING. Definitely best consumed as soon as it has been made.
