Sums up the weather

A day of sunshine and heavy showers, with a strong wind early on.
Did parkrun very slowly (slightly strained muscle but the run seems to have helped) and got wet on the way back to the car.
Mr Rat was conducting the wedding of some (very good) running friends and I joined them after the meal - though still got cake and cheesecake!
Not much else to report.
