Goose Swimming

The geese were chasing each other around the lake this evening. The warm weather made for a very nice walk.
The original photo was not so much (extras) so I had some fun on the iPad.
My daughter called while I was working on the photo and I told her that I was trying to make a silk purse from a sow’s ear and sent her my picture. Apparently she had never heard the expression before. She was quite confused and said “I don’t see a purse. All I see is a goose.” It took a bit of explaining the expression and then we both had a great laugh.
