Light and shade

Really enjoyed last night's drawing class -  we were shown a number of techniques to get us started and encouraged to experiment.  My favourite was creating images from rubbing out charcoal and then adding detail - suprisingly therapeutic.  

Today also sees the publication of the Independent Care Review's recommendations outlining what we need to do as a nation to support - and care for - those children who are most in need of support and care.  A real strength has been listening to those who are care experienced and putting their voices left, right and centre.
