Today has fortunately mostly been about Carmex and keeping cosy, trying to fight off this lingering cold.

The less nice part of the day was figuring out the red tape and legal mumbo jumbo that goes with being a relatively new landlord as I tried to work out what I need to do with my tenants lease coming to an end in a months time. Being a landlord makes my eyes and ears want to bleed, but I'm trapped by the market so needs must. I think I figured it out. I think.
