Charlecote Park

I think we must be going for the record this February in regard to National Trust properties visited. Six days and four different locations, Hidcote, Packwood, Baddesley Clinton, and Charlecote today.

The weather turned out much better than the forecast of yesterday so we changed plans and instead of going to the cinema we drove over to Charlecote Park instead.  The cafe (the Orangery as the CourtYard Cafe was closed) was not too busy and we had a nice sit and drink with the sun shining down through the windows. Later we went for a little wander, I didn't see any deer, I guess they had moved to another part of the estate.

The picture is the house that was built in Victorian times (I think) for the children of the family. The inset is one of the windows on the other side of the building.
