Hailes Castle

I thought I would pay another visit to Hailes Castle as it is such an isolated site and always feels so tranquil and quiet out there though I guess I was aiming for for quite a dramatic monochrome image. It was really bright sunlight with heavy deep shadows so I knew I would have to do quite a lot of work in post processing but fortunately there were a few clouds in the sky which I knew which allowed me to create a more dramatic image. 

I have also included an extra which gives you more idea of the setting of the castle.
