Work trip, and another visit to our friends in Barking and Dagenham.

Great to see what's changed since I was there last (in the extras - a new kitchen, mini-maker area and toolshop).

A highlight for me was also hearing from the council leader, deputy leader and chief executive, sharing the brilliant, complicated history of the place, and why they are so committed to supporting people who live here to take part in activities and do things together.
