Pink flowering bush

A very busy day today and a change in computers  with an update to Windows 10 and a laptop. I have to get used to how everything works and it's confusing as I have two computers on my desk, so I can use either one until I'm more at ease on the new one!

Maybe someone knows the name of this flowering bush growing in my neighbourhood.
