Sophie To Ground Control

Sophie's class have been doing a project on Space this half term and, when we picked her up from school this afternoon, parents and carers were invited to look at some of their work.

Kate was able to pop over as well and here Sophie is showing her the controls she had made for a spaceship. (She moved just as I pressed the shutter, of course!)

The extra shows her construction in close up with the explanation of how it works, which she dictated to the teaching assistant.

The golf course was closed again after the heavy overnight rain, so Tess & I did a few jobs in the village and had a bit of a stroll round.
