Valentine Bouquet

Final class of the week, and our fitness instructor has changed the routine. So we are now doing a High Intensity Incidental Physical Activity workout with  Bender Balls. I will leave you to look that up!  But I enjoyed it, did it on Wednesday too.

After coffee in Sainsbury's with the Ladies, I took a photo of the flowers, blip sorted. When I got home I found the feathers of a pigeon on my front lawn, see extra. I know there are several cats around, but think this may have been a sparrowhawk that I see occasionally.

Rain has started here although not much wind yet. To all of you that will be affected by Storm Dennis, take care out there, and stay safe! Have a good weekend :-)
