Kept checking the flood alerts on line. Did not go out. This is the state for England as of 8pm tonight. The picture in extras was taken out of my office window this afternoon, and does not look too bad considering but does show three very sensible sheep sheltering in the lee of a wall. Thank goodness they have not had their babies yet.
