An achievement ...

In some form today. I have, in my opinion, successfully made my daddy’s famous ‘Mexican Chicken’!

We used to love this meal growing up and I’ve never been inspired to make it myself until today. I had to get the recipe from Geraldine in Dubai, as she’s been having a go at making it too.

I liked the result, and the boys did as well, but said that we should re-name it ... as it doesn’t have much to do with Mexican food!!! Oh dear.
