Day at Kate's

It is half term so no reading this week so I could go over to Kate's and spend some time with my great nephew Oscar. I always put something in my bag for him. He ran to the door and asked if I had something for him. I said no! After lunch I got out the hand puppets to make. He was so good he made the frog with his eldest cousin Elly and the dog with me. It was lovely to see Elly. She is studying for A Levels. I loved the photos on the collage of Kate's oldest and youngest grandchildren. I had a lovely time. I was just about to leave when the heavens opened and the rain deluged. It has also been hailing.
