Shape Up

Monday nights are now Hip Hop Shape Up nights!

A few weeks ago my lovely team mate Natalie was handed a flyer outside the train station on the way to work by Consol who runs the class. Shrewd marketing move Consol, because without much persuasion I agreed to go along with her.

We're only on week two but I'm really starting to find my sense of rhythm and coordination.

Consol says "it's all about the ATTITUDE".

People are always referring to my attitude, so I must be a natural.
