Roar, Roar

We met up daughter and granddaughters at Castleford first thing - mainly so Mrs madwill could hear first hand about their trip to Disney! We did partake fo coffee too. We didn’t stay long as we still had to get ready for the quilt show this weekend.

The dinosaur (which roars and moves its head, tail and arms) is the half term attraction at the shopping outlet -yay. It is the the largest animatronic T-Rex in the UK - apparently.

Anyway, after we left we popped home briefly and then on to the studio to load the cars with all the kit. Arrived at the hall (Great Yorkshire Showground) around 2 p.m. and started setting up. Seemed to take forever today - and by 5 p.m. we had had enough and set off home, even though we still had some to do. We are planning on getting there early tomorrow to finish off before the show starts at 10.

Mrs madwill has gone to the studio to collect some more fabric (!) and I am supposed to be taking Finlay out - but the sky has just turned a horrid shade of grey and purple, and looks like we are in for a downpour. Might give the walk a miss (at least for now).

Blipping for now, then getting stuff prepped for tea -maybe the weather will improve!
