Rover

We can’t resist a day off-roading in a Kankku Landrover while we’re in the Lakes. It’s the fourth time we’ve done it and the huge areas of deep standing water added an extra dimension to the drive. Despite looking chirpy here, Molly actually hates the Landrovers and spent most of the journey on poor Alices lap. The route took us through the Langdales, above Coniston and near to the Grizedale forest. We stopped off for lunch at The White Hart, Bouth. We saw every sort of weather; heavy rain, sleet, hail and sunshine. We all had a fantastic and surprisingly tiring day.
