A Bird in the Hand

Well strictly speaking in a tree! A split day for me (Chris), work this morning before Annie took me into hospital for a steroid injection in my shoulder, the start of what will hopefully remedy my frozen shoulder. Done under local anaesthetic (which did its job), I was then "manipulated". I've carried on pushing my arm in directions it hasn't wanted to go for the past 18 months all afternoon, the next few days I'll need to do the same to make the most of it. I'm not in pain this evening but suspect that may not be the case tomorrow.
