LB2LA

LB2LA is the title of the photo in the thumbnail of today’s entry.

I took it in 1984 when California Girl and I were driving from Long Beach to Los Angeles.

It now resides in the "Twinkletree" bedroom which is green. 

Pat is the guiding hand as far as decor is concerned and ensures that the art in a guest room is items that she would like to have in a bedroom.

And of course there are rabbits.

Today we had a power cut during a rather wet and windy storm. I phoned up the emergency electricity supply number and a very efficient woman took down all our details and after a diplomatic enquiry about my age asked if she could put us on a  help register. She also said she would send a text message regarding the fault and progress which she did.

Thankfully the power outage was of short duration and she did send a text message advising of the fault.
